At Wisely Tutors Academy, our primary role is to overcome gap between parents and result driven tutors by providing a reliable platform to help families find the right Instructors tailored to their needs. While we ensure prompt action on any complaints, we are not responsible for individual actions. Our role is to provide a reliable platform to help you find the right tutor.

Our mission is to facilitate a seamless and trustworthy process, ensuring you receive the support needed to meet your tutoring requirements effectively. We appreciate your cooperation and trust in choosing us as your partner in education.

Tutor Fee Structure:

The monthly tutoring fee depends upon the tutor’s qualification, experience, and number of days, time spend every day etc. Tutor fee is negotiated between you and the tutors. We suggest parents/guardians to have a meeting and a trial class first, analyze the performance and proficiency of the tutors and then discuss fee, schedule a time table for further classes’ etc. 
 
Trial classes:

We instruct our tutors to provide the students with up to 2 days free demo classes so that you can assess the expertise and proficiency of tutors.

First Month Payments:

Wisely Tutors Academy will receive the first month payment in advance from parents through bank online transfer, Easy paisa /Jazz cash. A genuine receipt for the payment will be kept as a proof. At the end of the month, the tutor will get the fee that the academy has received. This procedure guarantees Wisely Tutors’ high caliber of service, teacher responsibility, and efficient handling of solving the problems.

Tuition Fee Payments – OPTION 1

Wisely Tutors academy works as mediator between the Expert Tutors and the Guardians for the first month only. The next month’s payments will be made to the tutors directly. It is up to the Guardians/parents whether to give the monthly fee in advance or not. 
 
Tuition Fee Payments – OPTION 2

You can choose to make regular payments through Wisely Tutors Academy if you want us to continue to handle the relationship between you and the Professional and Expert Tutors. Guardians or parents will have to pay the fee by the 5th of every month. We will be responsible for paying the tutor, and we will be able to control the relationship and the quality of the work on an ongoing basis.

Policies & Guidelines for Guardians/ Parents:

• The Wisely Tutors Academy advises the students/ parents/ to conduct a thorough introductory session/ demo class to evaluate the knowledge and skills of the tutors, which will help them in selecting the ideal candidate which will prove to be very helpful to get best grades. This period is only available once per student and serves for evaluation purposes.
• The Wisely Tutors Academy strictly prohibits any direct contact between the Guardians/Parents and the tutors without notifying the Wisely Tutors Academy (WTA). If the Guardians/student make directly contact with the tutor, then the Academy does not take responsibility for any event of inconvenience that may follow.
• The help desk of Wisely Academy is always available to facilitate the students/parents/ in every possible way.
• We are not responsible for any commitments made by tutor other than time, for example good grades and course completion. 
• In case of a disagreement or conflict in the first month, then we will settle down the matter with tutor replacement or money back guarantee.
• In case of subsequent disagreement or conflict, if there is a need for settlement, the academy can play a role if requested. 
• The Academy role is only to connect the students/parents/ with the expert and experienced tutors. The Tutors and the Students do not represent the Academy, and the Academy does not take responsibility for anyone’s actions at the confidential level.
• The Wisely Academy takes the responsibility of secure timely payment processing and transaction in the first month, after which the continuity of the tuition is entirely dependent on tutors and the student’s mutual understanding.
• The students should make the payments for the tuitions to the Wisely Academy, and the Academy will pay the payment to the tutor’s accounts for first month.
• The parents cannot make the payments directly to the tutors unless the Wisely Academy notifies them to do so. The WTA (Wisely Tutors Academy) will notify both the tutors and the student in this case.
• The parents/students need to make the payment of tuition fee directly to the WTA bank Accounts in the first month of joining. The Home Tutor Agency will provide the details of the bank account to the parents/Guardians. However, from the next continuing month, the tutor will be able to collect the tuition fee directly from the parent.
• For academic and business writing services we take 50% advance before starting the assignment and remaining 50% after completing the project.
• The tuition fee for the tuitions should be made to the Academy in advance within the first five business days once the tuition has been confirmed and the teacher is selected.
• The tuition fee is non- refundable but may be transferable. In case of an inappropriate situation, the Academy’s dealing authority will make the decision after a careful assessment of the situation. The decision cannot be challenged by the parents or the tutors as the decision will be made taking into account the interests of the parents, tutors, and the WTA.

Policies & Guidelines for Tutors/Instructors:

• The registration fee to become a registered tutor is to be transferred into the bank accounts successful transaction will be notified by the respective group admin. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in any case.
• In the event that the tutor receives no tuition within four months, the registration fee is refundable.
• We will notify the relevant tutors through phone calls, SMS, and teacher group notifications of any teaching vacancies.
• If the tutor determines that the request is appropriate, he or she will approve it and we will give the tutor all of the student’s personal information, including name, parent’s contact information, and home address.
• Home Instructors are requested not to provide any other parties with information on tuition vacancies or any other information.
• Any tutor who is discovered disclosing private information to a third party will be fired instantly, with no money returned, and will not be eligible to receive tuition in the future.
• In the event that sensitive material is exposed, Wisely Tutors Academy reserves the right to pursue additional legal action. Because of the sensitive nature of our job, we stay in contact with law enforcement institutions.
• If the tuition fee is less than PKR25000, the wisely academy will charge a 50% commission of the tuition fee from the tutors in the first month of joining. From the next continuing month and onward, the tutors will be able to receive the full tuition fee, and the Academy will not take any commission after the first month in this case.
• If the tuition fee is PKR25000 or more than PKR25000, the WTA will charge a 60% commission from the tutor’s tuition fee in the first month of joining. From the next continuing month and onward, the tutors will be able to receive the full tuition fee, and the Academy will not take any commission after the first month in this case.
• If the parent confirms the duration of tuition to be 45 days or less than 45 days, then the company will charge a commission of 20%-40% from the tutor’s tuition fee. The Academy dealing authority will determine the exact percentage according to the tuition duration. The tutor will be informed beforehand about all the details of the tuition before the tuition is confirmed.
• Instructor who performs poorly in a demo class will be held accountable and their performance will be negatively reflected in Wisely Tutors Academy and it will considered a negative feedback review.
• Wisely Tutors Academy has the right to fire an instructor if they consistently fail more than two demo classes in this scenario, there won’t be any refunds.
• If tutor commit any fraud, we reserve the right to exclude them from our program as well as any Lahore academies that offers tutoring services. Strict legal action would also be taken.
