When you book a demo, fill a form, or message us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, your area or city, time zone, and your child’s class, board and subjects. Tutors who apply to join share their CV, qualifications, experience, CNIC details for verification, and bank or wallet details for payments.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our site — pages visited, time spent, device type and approximate location. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
4. WhatsApp and Phone Communication
Our forms submit through WhatsApp, and most of our communication happens on WhatsApp or by phone. Messages you send us there are governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy in addition to this one. We keep conversation records so we can match tutors, resolve complaints and improve our service.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to match your child with a suitable tutor, schedule demo and regular classes, send fee details and reminders, verify tutors before any class, respond to your questions and complaints, and improve our website and services. We may occasionally send you updates about our programs; you can opt out any time by telling us on WhatsApp.
6. Sharing With Tutors
To arrange classes, we share necessary details with the matched tutor only — the student’s name, class, subjects, area and timings. We never hand over your full contact details to a tutor before you approve the match, and tutors are bound by strict confidentiality under our Terms & Conditions.
7. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to run our website: Google Analytics and Tag Manager (site analytics), Trustindex (displaying our Google reviews), and WhatsApp (communication and form submissions). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
8. Payment Information
First-month payments are made to our official accounts via bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash. We record payment confirmations for accounting, but we never store your card numbers, PINs or wallet passwords on our website.
9. Children’s Privacy
Most of our students are children, so we take extra care. We only collect a child’s information from their parent or guardian, use it solely for tutoring purposes, and never display a student’s identity publicly without the parent’s clear permission.
10. Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews shown on our website come from Google via Trustindex and display the name and photo you chose on your Google account. If you would like a review or testimonial featuring you removed from our pages, message us and we will take it down.
11. Data Security
Your information is kept on secured systems with access limited to our core team. Any tutor found disclosing a student’s or family’s information is terminated immediately, and legal action may follow, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
12. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, handle payments and resolve disputes. If you stop using our services, you can ask us to delete your records and we will do so, except where a record must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
13. Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete your data, or stop receiving promotional messages. Send your request on WhatsApp or email and we will respond within a few working days.
14. Cookies Control
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The website will still work, though some features and analytics may be limited.
15. External Links
Our website links to external platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms once you leave our site.
